14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
How to Start a Return

Verification: Our team will review your request. In case of damaged or wrong products, please share a clear photo or an unboxing video.
Pickup/Shipping: Once approved, we will guide you on the return shipping process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (or bank account) within 5-7 business days.
Items that cannot be returned:
Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by our error.
Any item not in its original condition or missing parts.
